Sustainability & Giveback:
We only produce clothing items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. The rest of our goods are small batch, limited run and pre-sale.
The Dona's Merch Shop prints items on demand (it takes your items a few days longer to get to you, but we don't have to toss out unsold stock). This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, while doing our part in the sustainable fashion movement. We make your clothing item when you order it. Our partners use printers that produce almost zero wastewater and use less energy, lowering the carbon footprint. Our printing partners use water-based vegan inks that are non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable, and contain no animal by-products.
We use minimal packaging for items and our jewelry comes with re-usable pouches.
Your purchases provide give back to the Dona's Community through free content & meditations, community events in NYC, discounted events and scholarships to our workshops.
Policies & Shipping
Orders & Shipping:
Wearable merch is created in small batches and in certain cases printed on demand. We do this in order to avoid waste as the majority of leftover clothing from wholesale orders for small brands ends up in land fills and wasted. Because of this your items take a little longer to get to you and might ship in separate packages. Turn Around is 1 week -14 business days.
Shipping: Is FREE with $50 purchase - unless you're international.
Separate Shipping : Some items might come in multiple packages/shipments / don't freak if you don't get them all at the same time. You can always send us an email for clarification at email@example.com
Why does my shirt smell like vinegar? : For most clothing items we print on demand and you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue when you open your package. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. It will wash off.
Returns/ Exchanges :
My item is not printed correctly: We are sorry and Sometimes this happens as we are a very small team creating and fulfilling orders - please reach out and we will fix it firstname.lastname@example.org
Damaged items: If your items is damaged during shipping or lost please reach out and we will fix that too email@example.com
Due to Items being Small Batch/ Limited Runs & On Demand Printing - there are no refunds / exchange, unless there is an issue with the product as stated above.
Undeliverable packages: Orders returned to our shop due to an undeliverable shipping address will be automatically refunded for the cost of merchandise & additional fees (like taxes). Shipping will not be refunded. If you want the order to be processed again, you will have to reorder.
During the summer months and high heat in parts of the country we will ship candles priority on Monday - Wednesday to prevent them from sitting in hot delivery trucks and risk melting getting ruined.
Holiday Orders -
If you want and wearable merch by the holidays you need to have your order in by the the first week of December. For jewelry, skincare, and other items orders must be in by the second week of December. Virtual gift cards are available all year and come to your inbox in a few minutes..just in case you're last minute shopping.
